Nice Stay at a Wonderful Riad
friendly staff beautiful design easy access safe area
The staff were always ready to assist. Yusuf was very conversational and friendly. I enjoyed interacting with him a lot. The location provided easy access to various activities. The design of the riad was beautiful. The room was quite cozy. I felt relatively safe in this area .
The shower lacked strong water pressure, but it was manageable.

The location was excellent, and most places of interest were within walking distance. I didn't get much time to relax at the hotel because I had a packed short trip. There was nice rooftop space available.

The staff were cute and always ready to help. They were great to interact with. I had a lovely conversation with Yusuf. I felt valued as a guest . The manager seemed to care about guest experience.

The riad exudes charm and elegance! The upper terraces had pretty tables and red umbrellas. Breakfast was served there. Loungers were provided on the top terrace. This allowed for relaxation in comfort.

inadequate lighting inconsistent shower
The lighting in my room seemed inadequate. i found the room too dark, and applying makeup was a challenge. the shower temperature was also inconsistent. It alternated between hot and cold. this.

great communication good location
The staff provided great communication from the hotel. airport transfers were arranged brilliantly. the location is also very good. The price makes the hotel more than worth it. This is admirable. the terrace and the staff were in general supportive.
the breakfast was not great, it had an limited offering.

the staff were helpful when dinner was not available they found a nice rooftop restaurant
the bedroom was small and not LIKE the photos i saw online moving to another room was not possible the manager was UNHELPFUL this made the stay disappointing
